Always Find The Good In Every Situation
Always no matter what happens, we should not allow it to get us down. We should respond in a hasty manner. Let us take a deep breath, relax and look into the situation for whatever good it may contain. When we make this decision in advance, we mentally prepare ourselves. So that we will not knock off balance when things go wrong, as they inevitably will.
Try To Neutralize All Negative Thoughts
Learn how to get rid of negative thoughts or emotions by developing positive thoughts all the time. Repeat positive affirmations such as, “I feel healthy, I feel happy, I feel terrific!” As you go about your job, say to yourself, “I like myself and I love my work!” Say things like, “Today is a great day; it’s wonderful to be alive!” The Law of Expression says that “Whatever is expressed, is impressed “. Whatever we say to ourselves or others is impressed more deeply into our subconscious mind and is more likely not only to be repeated but to become a permanent part of our personality.
All Setbacks Are Temporary
Look upon the negative situation as a single event that is not indicative or connected with other potential events and is largely caused by external factors over which we have no control. We should refuse to see the event as being in any way permanent, or a personal slight on our own competence or ability and maintain our positive thoughts as we move forward.
Learn And Grow From Every Difficulty
Always remember that it’s impossible to learn and grow and become a success without the inevitable adversities and difficulties. We must contend with and rise above to become a better person. So, welcome each difficulty by saying, “That’s good!” and then look into the situation to find something good or beneficial that it contains in order to stay positive.
Finally, we should always keep our thoughts on our goals and dreams, and on the person, we want to become and the things we want in life. When things go wrong temporarily, respond by saying to yourself, “I believe in the perfect outcome of every situation in my life“.
Always try to be cheerful and pleasant. Use every temptation to respond to negativity as an opportunity to grow stronger. Use daily affirmation and talk to yourself and others in a positive and optimistic way. They also make a nice addition to your meditation practice.
