     Human life is the most precious and God given gift to us. Hence we must enjoy it happily and successfully. It is not meant for weeping and sleeping only. God created us with a specific purpose. Happy life will automatically enhance once self confidence and personality and his status in the society. Here are some simple tips to lead a happy life.

1. Avoid the egoism:
    Egoism is nothing but “I and myself mentality”. Usually, most of us are of the (false) opinion that we know more compared to others and need not heed to other’s advice and suggestions. Thus, some times we may take wrong decisions and causes irreparable damage to us and also our family members.
2. Avoid the fear of defeat:
    Fear is the root-cause for all the defeats that often we face in our lives and most of the times it is imaginary and having no sufficient base.Be brave and have the courage and mentality of “come what may happen, I face it boldly”. Certainly, your mind will be free from that devil of fear.
3. Self-confidence:
    Self-confidence walks before every success. Such is the effect and importance of confidence in our life and career. Without it, you can’t move even for a short distance. It can be compared to a spear, which can pierce any thing and makes its way forward. Never lose confidence in yourself and go ahead and success will be in your palms. Study the life of “Abraham Lincoln”, the president of America and see how he faced the repeated failures in his life.
4. Proper planning:
    Everything is in zigzag state, if there is no prior and proper planning. Every where, every thing goes according to plan of action. To construct a multi-storied building, the architect prepares a map of the monument and then it will become very easy to construct that building.The same thing we have to do with our may not be perfect because life is unpredictable but, we should be prepared to face all difficulties. And with proper planning the problems will appear small.
5. Family responsibilities:
    Owning the family responsibilities is the part and parcel of the successful living. No body takes any interest in other’s family problems. You can’t avoid and escape from them.Be with your family when they need you the most.
6. Financial securities:
    You must earn money and secure it either in cash or kind, for future safety. But, your earnings should be in rightful manner, not in illegal ways, under any circumstances. Otherwise, law will take its own course of action.
7. Proper goal-setting:
    A goal less life is compared to a boat without a rudder. One must have a goal (proper destination or achieving something) in life, to make the life meaningful and role-model to others. We can take the inspiration from the lives of so many great leaders, like –“Mahatma Gandhi (India), Abraham Lincoln of America, Nelson Mandela of South Africa, etc.
8. Avoiding postponing mentality:
    The golden word is: “Never post -pone a thing till tomorrow, what can be done today”. Nobody knows about tomorrow and what is in preserve for it. Today is equal to ready cash. So, better depend cash, rather than cheques  (which may be bounced) often. So try to avoid Procrastination.
9. Dedication and devotion:
     In any dealing, trust plays vital role and sincerity has its greater effect on our deeds and dealings with others. Hence, devotion and dedication have positive roles in achieving success and goals in our life and career.Well as you can't change people ,you can influence them..Be a dedicated person and people will follow your lead.
10. Having interest:
   The last but not the least is “having interest” in our job or profession or career or business or anything else, we are dealing, doing or working. Without enthusiasm and interest, we can’t reach our goal (aim) and achieve success in our valuable life and career.

   These are some tips to be happy..and successful..It will take time but you will know you are on right path if you follow these simple tips..So start to follow them today and live a happy life...

Strengthen Your Focus to Achieve Your Goals
            Being focused is extremely beneficial in all areas of your life, but it is something that must be nurtured and built within yourself. Once strengthened, this focus will be an advantage in achieving your goals. Why? Because by having unshakable focus, determination and intensity in purpose will have been developed along the way.

How would you rate the strength of your focus on a scale of 1 to 10?
            Personally, I rate mine at about 6. At times, my focus is amazingly intense, allowing me to have the determination I need to complete projects and concentrate on the steps needed to accomplish my goals. But, then, I find myself floundering, feeling overwhelmed, and searching for that powerful feeling of focus again. The intense desire to change a particular situation in my life is the catalyst that I need to propel myself back into that state of focus.

To strengthen your focus you need to be committed to your goals.

            You must be absolutely committed to reaching your goals. If you’re not completely committed to what you want to accomplish, it will be very difficult to strengthen your focus.
             To be successful in achieving your goals, you must not harbor any second thoughts, doubts, or excuses. Don’t let yourself “cruise” along when everything seems to be going smoothly – this can cause you to backslide into that lackadaisical mindset. Remind yourself daily what your goals are and why you want to accomplish them – don’t lose your focus!
             Remember, just having the desire will not guarantee accomplishment. You can desire something without firm commitment, so be sure to distinguish between the two and take the appropriate actions. Be honest with yourself and know that this is something you truly want to see through until the end.

How Positive Thinking Can Make Us Happier And More Successful


       One’s mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to
run wild; but whether cultivated or neglected it must, and will, bring forth. If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed seeds will fall therein and will continue to produce their kind.
      Every thought-seed sowed or allowed to fall into the mind, and to take root there, produces its own, blossoming sooner or later into the act, and beating its own fruits of opportunity and circumstances. Good thoughts bear good fruit, bad thoughts bad fruit.

      For the past year, I have made a conscious effort to monitor my thoughts and actions so as to fill my life with happiness and joy rather than the stress and anger that has consumed too many years of my life.
      When my thoughts are positive and full of love my day progresses much more smoothly; I am happier and full of joy. If I allow myself to react negatively to a situation or action of another, more and more problems and issues arise.

      I know now that I am creating my life with each and every thought and action.

When your heart is singing, you are allowing Well-being. When you are appreciating, you are allowing Well-being. When you are yelling at somebody, you’re not. When you’re feeling insecure, you’re not. When you’re frustrated, you’re not.

     How do you feel when you are so happy that you feel as if your heart is singing? Do you feel full of life and energy? Do you feel as if you were on top of the world? If you are truly happy in a moment you would feel all of these things because you are generating positive energy and are attracting the same in return.
    When you are angry, afraid, stressed, or frustrated do you feel drained afterward? It takes a lot of energy to create those negative feelings.
     Wouldn’t you rather “spend” your energy on something that makes you feel great? You have a choice, in every moment and situation in your life, as to how you will feel and react. Obviously, it is quite simple to just take a great moment and enjoy it. It is much harder when you are upset, doubtful, worried, or downright angry.

      While not always successful, I tell myself that I refuse to allow myself to have that negative, upsetting, fear-filled, doubtful, or anger-filled thought that is trying to take over. Personally, once I go down the path of anger or negativity, I can now see the result of that negative energy in my life whether it is being stopped by every red light, issues arising in my job or a piece of equipment or technology breaking.
       Knowing that I will, without a doubt, see this manifestation later in my day, or even the next, I make a very conscious effort to focus on only positive thoughts afterward. Fortunately, I am blessed with a great family and often use thoughts of them to aid in the process. I focus on how happy I am when I see them smile, how joyful the sound of their happiness is to me.

      I was just in a conversation with someone who’s life is completely consumed by negative thinking. He has been this way for so long do you think it’s even possible to change his way of thinking? I do, but I believe that person has to have the desire to want to change. This person was speaking negatively about situations that hadn’t even happened yet.

      I personally believe that positive thinking is more than just a frame of mind though. I look at positive thinking in terms of phases:

1.) Admit that you aren’t thinking positive and want to change those thoughts.

2.) Feed your mind with positive “things”

    a.) Books- Try to read self help books and biography of successful will encourage you to   change yourself for better life.

    b.) Internet web sites and articles-- Read articles and watch videos that will help you to grow your personal and professional life

     c.) Environments-- Try to be in positive environment as much as possible


3.) Change your surroundings, yes this can even include family members and friends.

4.) Find people that encourage you and make you feel more positive.

5.) Learn to sense your negative thinking and stop it in its tracks. Change those negative thoughts into positive ones.

6.) Pray and read God’s word to see all of the amazing things he has promised us and believe in them!

      Most of us stay unhappy in our life because of our thinking habits. We either worry about the future that is yet to come, or we keep thinking about the good or bad time of our past. Worrying about the past of future gives us nothing but worries and unhappiness in our life. we can change this situation just by living in the present time.
